It has been so rainy and grey here in Seattle! Drinking fresh squeezed oj is like drinking sunshine in a glass. Come on sunshine!!!!

Heartbreaking.

Seeing the footage of all the pelicans, herons, egrets and other wildlife affected by the BP Oil spill/under water crude oil leak just breaks my heart. More photos like this one on Boston.com

Poppy Patrol.

I am obsessed with these lovelies. I am on the lookout for poppies in all colors. I especially love the pink and purple ones. These pink ones pictured here are grow around the corner from where I live in my neighbor's front yard. I first drove by them, parked my car, went inside, got the camera, and walked back to take pics of them. So beautiful! Beauty is everywhere!

My friend Brooke and I were out and about, looking at art at the Capitol Hill Artwalk, and we came across this giant beauty in an alleyway along side a building on 11th. I think it was in front of someone's front door. I don't even know what this flower is , but I cannot stop thinking about it! I am just totally in love with it, and would love to be surrounded in hundreds of them right now :)
