I made these Kolachky filled with poppyseed, apricot and strawberry rhubarb fillings. Yum! But by the time dessert time rolled around, I was so full, and could only fit in a small piece of delicious pecan pie! It was a meal of epic proportions, with 26 of us all together sharing a plethora of dishes. I love Thanksgiving!
Yum!!! Kim, they're beautiful! And I want to eat one- although I'm sure they must be gone.
